Who this is for
This is for businesses that rely on a WordPress website but do not want routine upkeep to depend on someone remembering to log in occasionally. An existing site should be reviewed first, particularly if updates have been deferred or nobody is sure who manages the licences and backups.
Scope and deliverables
An agreed maintenance schedule; software and licence review; suitable backups before changes; update checks; basic functional checks; and a record of completed work or issues needing attention. Content changes, new features, security recovery and other tasks can be considered separately. The plan should state what is included, how requests are made and what requires an additional quote.
How the work is approached
We establish the current condition of the site and identify any work needed before regular care begins. We agree the scope and review points, then carry out scheduled tasks with appropriate checks. If an update exposes a compatibility problem, it is investigated rather than assumed to be harmless. Larger changes are discussed before extending the work.

Is a maintenance plan the same as unlimited support?
No. Routine care and reactive problem-solving have different demands. The proposal should explain how support is handled, any response arrangements and what happens outside the agreed scope.
