A shot list and intended uses; location and preparation requirements; agreed photography coverage; image selection and editing; and delivery formats suited to your channels. Website banners, social images, portraits and property photographs have different framing needs. Usage, people appearing in images and any permissions should be agreed before the shoot.
How the work is approached

If images are being added to a website, descriptive alternative text and sensible file sizes matter as much as appearance.

Can photography be arranged with a virtual tour?
Photography and Matterport capture can be discussed together, but they remain different outputs. Explain the photographs you need rather than assuming that every tour capture includes a full photographic assignment. Drone photography, video and floor plans also require their own scope and suitability checks.
