Matterport virtual tours
Help people understand a space before they visit. Seven Creative creates Matterport virtual tours that let prospective visitors explore rooms and see how an interior fits together, with capture planned around the property and its audience.
Who this is for
Tours can help venues, showrooms, hospitality businesses and property teams explain a space remotely. They are particularly useful when photographs alone leave visitors uncertain about layout or how different areas connect. Existing work on this site includes virtual tours for Thornbridge pubs and the Greystones Pub in Sheffield.
Scope and deliverables
An agreed capture area; access and preparation guidance; on-site capture; review of the resulting tour; and a clear discussion of sharing or website embedding. Additional photography or floor-plan requirements are separate outputs and should be included in the brief. Private areas, people and sensitive information need to be considered before capture.
How the work is approached
We discuss the space, intended audience and any restrictions. You prepare the areas that should appear, and we agree access arrangements. Following capture, we review the tour and confirm how it will be presented. Ongoing hosting and management are discussed separately so ownership, future changes and continuing access are understood from the start.
What this helps you do
A tour gives viewers more context than a short sequence of still images and can support enquiries from people who cannot easily attend in person. It complements good property information and a useful website. Visitor numbers, bookings and business results are not guaranteed by the presence of a tour.
Is capture the same as Matterport hosting?
No. Capture creates the tour; hosting keeps the processed tour available through the platform. Hosting arrangements, ongoing charges and account responsibilities need to be agreed separately. A floor plan or measured survey is also a distinct deliverable, with its own intended use and specification.
